That patch of red on the skier makes me think of how bright male cardinals are in the snow. We have no snow down here, so I must visit northernly bloggers to get a reminder of what it's like! Happy Sunday to you Lena, and have a great week.

Your cardinals really are decorative birds, we have the Eurasian Bullfinch, who has a red breast. Some of them were on our birds feeders before hard frosts but not after them, perhaps they did not bear the coldness this time, it`s pity.

What have a good bit of snow recently too but it is finally all gone. I miss the beautiful white though, everything is looking a bit muddy and grey now
